Prebuilt PCs and Build your PC orders are shipped after assembly and a 24-hour load test. Gear ships from stock. Parcels are sent insured and in special packaging with [Courier company]; the tracking number is sent to you on WhatsApp.
When you receive your parcel, check the package in front of the courier. Do not accept dented, opened or wet packages, or have a damage report drawn up and let us know right away.
Warranty
- All products come with a warranty of at least 2 years. Parts are covered by the manufacturer and distributor warranty; the periods are stated on the invoice and the warranty certificate.
- On assembled PCs, the assembly and cabling workmanship is also covered by the warranty.
- If something goes wrong, message us on WhatsApp. We check remotely first and, if needed, take the PC into the workshop. Repairs and part replacements under warranty are free of charge.
- Not covered by the warranty: physical damage caused by the user, liquid contact, unauthorised opening or repair, faults caused by overclocking, and damage from power surges.
Payment
You pay by credit or debit card, secured by PayTR. Your card details never reach this site; you enter them directly on PayTR’s secure payment page and they are verified with 3D Secure. Instalment options are shown on the payment screen according to your card. Your invoice is sent to your email address as an e-archive invoice.
Frequently asked questions
When will my order be ready?
Prebuilt PCs in stock are usually shipped within a few business days after assembly and testing. The exact date is given in the order confirmation.
Can I return a PC I configured with Build your PC?
By law, there is no right of withdrawal for PCs assembled from parts chosen specifically for you. If it develops a fault, your warranty rights apply. Prebuilt PCs and gear come with a 14-day right of withdrawal.
What does the opcin optimization include?
We tune your BIOS, Windows, driver and game settings, and give you a frametime measurement report from before and after. Details are in the optimization section.
Can I visit the store without an appointment?
You can, but if you book a visit, the PCs and the person who will meet you will be ready. Book a visit
Can I get a business invoice?
Yes. Just choose “Business” as the invoice type in the cart and enter the company name and tax details.
How do I track my order?
Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once your order is shipped, we send you the tracking number.
