Sales agreement and returns

Pre-contract information form

This form has been prepared to inform the buyer before the contract is concluded, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Product and price

The name, main characteristics and quantity of the products ordered, together with their unit and total sale price including taxes, are shown in the cart and in the order summary. All prices include VAT. Prices may change until the order is confirmed; the price of a confirmed order does not change.

3. Delivery costs

• Shipping: 400 TL per product
• Istanbul next-day delivery: 750 TL per delivery address, delivered on the day after the order is confirmed
• Store pickup: free

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit card or debit card through PayTR, a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. Card details are not passed on to the seller. Instalment options are shown on the payment screen according to your card; for instalment payments, any interest charged by the bank is stated on the payment screen.

5. Delivery

Prebuilt PCs and Build your PC orders are shipped after assembly and a 24-hour test. The estimated delivery date is stated in the order confirmation, and the delivery period may not exceed 30 days from the order date. Shipments are made with [Courier company].

6. Right of withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and the return procedure, are set out in the “Withdrawal and returns” section.

7. Warranty and after-sales service

Products are covered by a warranty of at least 2 years under the Warranty Certificate Regulation. Warranty and technical support requests can be submitted by WhatsApp, phone or email; faulty products are inspected in the workshop.

8. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be submitted using the seller’s contact details. In the event of a dispute, applications may be made to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits.

9. Personal data

Your personal data is processed as described in the privacy notice (KVKK).

Distance sales agreement

Article 1. Parties. This agreement has been concluded electronically, upon the buyer’s confirmation of the order, between the seller whose details are given above and the buyer who places an order through emreopcin.com and whose details are given in the order form.

Article 2. Subject. The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the buyer, and the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3. Product, price and payment. The type, quantity, characteristics and tax-inclusive price of the products and the delivery fee are stated in the order summary, which forms an integral part of this agreement. Payment is collected through PayTR at the time of the order. The order is not prepared until the payment is approved.

Article 4. Delivery. The product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer in the order form, or is collected by the buyer from the store. The seller delivers the order within 30 days at the latest. If it becomes clear that delivery cannot be made within this period, the buyer is informed; the buyer may terminate the agreement, and the amount paid is refunded within 14 days. Delivery takes place when the buyer, or a person designated by the buyer, receives the product.

Article 5. Inspection on delivery. When receiving a courier delivery, the buyer should check the package in the presence of the courier and should not accept dented, broken or opened packages, or should have a damage report drawn up. Damaged deliveries must be reported to the seller immediately.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice is given in writing, before this period expires, to the seller’s email address, WhatsApp line or KEP address. The withdrawal form at the end of this page may be used.

Article 7. Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the buyer’s requests or personal needs. PCs assembled with Build your PC from parts chosen by the buyer fall within this scope. The right of withdrawal applies to prebuilt PCs and gear.

Article 8. Return in case of withdrawal. Within 10 days of the withdrawal notice, the buyer sends the product back to the seller together with its box, invoice and all accessories. When the product is sent with the carrier specified by the seller, the return cost is borne by the seller. Within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, the seller refunds the amount paid, including the delivery fee, to the card the buyer used for payment. If the value of the product decreases due to use beyond normal use, the buyer is liable for that decrease.

Article 9. Defective product and warranty. If the product turns out to be defective, the buyer may exercise the optional rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective equivalent. Products are covered by a warranty of at least 2 years.

Article 10. Disputes. In disputes, the consumer arbitration committees at the place of residence of the buyer or the seller have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts have jurisdiction above those limits.

Article 11. Entry into force. Before confirming the order, the buyer declares that they have read the pre-contract information form, accept all the terms of this agreement, and are placing an order that creates an obligation to pay. A copy of the agreement and the order details is kept by the seller and sent to the buyer on request.

Withdrawal and returns

1. Notify us. Within 14 days of delivery, write to us on WhatsApp or at info@pcjungle.com.tr with your order number. You can use the form below.
2. Send it back. Within 10 days of your notice, send the product complete with its box and accessories. We will send you the carrier to use and a return code; you pay nothing when you ship with this carrier. You can also return it by bringing it to the store.
3. Get your money back. The amount you paid is refunded to your card within 14 days at the latest from when your notice reaches us. How long it takes to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank.

There is no right of withdrawal for PCs assembled specifically for you with Build your PC; if such a PC develops a fault, your warranty rights apply.
