Privacy notice (KVKK)
This English translation is provided for information. If there is any difference, the Turkish version prevails.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we explain how your personal data is processed.
1. Data controller

2. Data processed, purposes and legal grounds

3. Recipients of the data
- PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.: collecting card payments
- Courier and delivery companies ([Courier company]): name, phone and address for delivery
- Accountant and e-invoice / e-archive service provider: invoicing and statutory records
- Authorised public institutions and bodies: where required by law
- Hosting service (Vercel Inc.): the infrastructure where the site and order records are stored
- Question assistant (Vercel AI Gateway and Anthropic PBC): the questions you type into the assistant are sent to these services to generate an answer and are not stored on our side. Do not type your name, phone number or order details into the assistant.
4. Transfer abroad
Order and appointment records are stored, encrypted and with restricted access, on the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) servers of Vercel Inc., our hosting provider. This transfer is carried out by signing the standard contract announced by the Board under Article 9 of the KVKK and notifying the Authority.
5. Retention periods
- Order, invoice and payment records: 10 years, as required by tax and commercial legislation
- Account details: until the account is deleted; you can delete it any time on the My account page
- Store visit appointments: 30 days from the appointment date
- Quote and contact requests: 1 year from the conclusion of the request
When the period expires, the data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure where the conditions are met; request that these actions be notified to the parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
